Privacy policy

Effective October 7, 2026

This policy explains what justinrayside.com ("we", "I") collects when you sign up for free guides, waitlists or calls, and how it's used. In short: we use your details to send you what you asked for, we don't sell them, and you can opt out at any time.

What we collect

How we use it

Who processes it

Sign-ups are stored in our CRM, HighLevel (GoHighLevel), which sends our emails and texts on our behalf. The website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data for us and aren't allowed to use it for their own marketing. We don't sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you tick the box, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Justin Rayside about launches, tips and offers at the number you gave. Consent isn't a condition of joining any list or buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent won't be shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver the messages for us.

Your choices

Keeping it safe and how long we keep it

Your details are stored with the providers above, which use industry-standard security. We keep them while you're subscribed or have an open waitlist spot, and delete them when you ask.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
